Scots what hae?i

Holy crap! It’s English but what the hell are they saying?!? Me

Well in the overall scheme of things it was a fairly uneventful trip. Of course it helped that I booked my Atlanta flight to JFK with a 2.5 hour layover (flight out of TRI was an hour late) and the Atlanta to JFK with a 3.5 hour layover (it was also an hour late) and I gave myself two hours to get through border control (took 45 minutes) so now I’m sitting in Glasgow Central Station waiting for my train to Carlisle. I know train station PA systems are notoriously poor but layer a strong Scottish brogue and seriously there are times that I only understand about every third word lol. 17 tracks. As I said, busy place. Some photos

On final approach to Glasgow
Cloudy day tried to get some other shots but no luck
Passport control line
They don’t call it Central Station for nothing
Busy place
