So, another slight detour, but I think you will like this one. There were two other people taking pictures on this hike and they are better photographers than I am

So, I consider my self to be a mediocre photographer at best I do not take the time to block my shots very well, and my motivation often times while hiking is “oh hell, I need to be taking some pictures for the blog”. Now, there are definitely times when the beauty of a particular vista or subject moves me to where I want to get the shot but it is simply just not my passion as it is for good photographers. However, my sons, William, Stephen are, in my opinion, much better at composition and capturing a moment than I am. So, there is not going to be a lot of commentary with this post (Ok, I heard someone in the back of the room whisper “Thank God” LOL) just captions under the picture telling where the shot is and who shot it. Enjoy 🙂

My Son Stephen got some great shots in Rome:

City wall of Ancient Rome
Circus Maximus home of the chariot races could seat 250,000 people!
Constantine’s Arch
The Coliseum

On the train trip to Pizzo to be honest we slept a lot due to jet lag but Stephen (SJS) got a good shot of the mountains. I tried to get some shots of the sea, but between the glarte of the sun and the filthy train window they just weren’t good enough to share.

That is granite not snow on the top of the mountain-SJS photo

In Pizzo both guys got some great shots, William took an early morning/late night stroll through the town.
